Richa joined RAS in 2015 and has led multiple projects involving strategy analysis, competitive intelligence, and onsite conference coverage. She has garnered relevant experience in areas such as Biosimilars, Oncology, Respiratory, and Pain Management among others. Her experience in patent management adds significant value to the team

To unwind, she likes to paint and takes interest in understanding modern management principles in context of ancient Indian philosophy. Richa did her MBA in Marketing and Strategy from Great Lakes Institute of Management, Chennai and holds Masters of Science in Chemistry from prestigious Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi.
